Panzani is not only sought-after on the jazz scene, but on the hip hop and soul/R&B scene, performing with one of the most important hip hop bands in France, Hocus Pocus and also with Milk Coffee & Sugar. At the same time Panzani is a sideman with many of the top jazz musicians of the next generation: Pierre Perchaud, Vincent Peirani, Nicolas Moreau, Olivier Bogé, Tony Paelman, Rémi Vignolo, Karl Jannuska.

As leader or co-leader Panzani has released albums with the bands The Drops (Falling from the sky 2010, and Spray 2013), and Thiefs (2013) and most recently with own quintet.
