Claire has a soft inviting voice that is paired with pianist Richard Rodney Bennett who also sings on some selections. The program includes fourteen jovial tunes. They playfully address "The Best is Yet To Come", "Everybody Today is Turning On" and the title track with a spirit that is very entertaining. In fact the entire set is like a stage show. Space and sound dynamics are excellent on this Linn SACD recording. It is a pleasure to listen to!
