The British vocalist returns with "Shelter From The Storm," subtitled "Songs for Troubled Times." Blessed with an extraordinary voice and a keen understanding of lyrics, Jungr interprets greats songs with a rare sensitivity and originality. Here she offers her own distinctive, jazz-oriented versions of diverse material, including Rodgers & Hammerstein's "Bali Hai," Bob Dylan's "Shelter From The Storm," a combo of Dylan's "All Along The Watchtower" and Peter Gabriel's "In Your Eyes," David Bowie's "Life on Mars" conjoined with "Space Oddity," Joni Mitchell's "Woodstock" and Leonard Cohen's "Sisters of Mercy."
