The Royal Academy of Music Bicentenary Series Continues
The first recordings in the new series are taking place this month.
Today, cellist Margarita Balanas was in the studio to record her debut Linn recording, which will be another wonderful addition to the Royal Academy of Music Bicentenary Series.
Margarita has recorded the Saint-Saëns Cello Concerto No. 1 in its nonet arrangement, matching the performing forces used at the work's premiere, alongside conductor Ben Palmer and musicians from the Royal Academy of Music.
Look out for the recording later this year.
